My stay at Gtower Hotel started off strong with a smooth check-in and a lovely room. However, the dining experience, especially breakfast and dinner service, was a letdown, which affected my overall satisfaction. Despite the location being great for shopping and the amenities in the room being great, the service really needs improvement to match the hotel's quality.
